Sử dụng

Bằng chứng là mâu thuẫn về lợi ích của nho đen như một nguồn chống oxy hóa và suy giảm thị lực liên quan đến ban đêm và mệt mỏi. Hai thử nghiệm nhỏ được công bố cho thấy một số lợi ích trong viêm khớp dạng thấp, nhưng nho đen không được so sánh với tiêu chuẩn vàng.
